Hi everyone hope you’re having a great weekend. I just wanted to point out that I’ve added a page here at the site for the DDL Zero To Hero Plan as presented by Thom W. in his article Zero To Hero. This plan is for non-runners to train to be able to run a 5K race. Having been through a similar plan I can tell you that plans like this really can work.
