So it’s been said that gingerbread cookie last forever. Okay, maybe not forever but if kept properly stored, for 4-5 years. Recently Todd Perlmutter and I were chatting over Twitter, and he asked me if I’d actually eat a year old gingerbread cookie. Here is the answer to Todd’s question…
