When I close my eyes and think of excellent customer service, very few companies come to mind. Topping that list is the Walt Disney World Resort, which should come as no surprise. From check-in to waiting in line for attractions, Disney cast members are famous for their hospitable nature (or maybe that’s training?). No matter which resort we choose or park we enter, I continue to be dazzled. A recent stay at the Grand Floridian astonished even more!
My obsession lately has been what’s next at Disney World– will we see more attractions announced at D23? What will Art of Animation look like when done? When can I eat at Gaston’s in the new Fantasy Land?

The past few weeks the web has been set a buzz again with the rumors of a Grand Floridian DVC addition. The concept is apparently leaning towards the Animal Kingdom Villas model– convert existing space in order to sell inventory immediately while constructing a new building that will represent the bulk of the DVC inventory at the resort.
