JeniLynn Knopp (234 Posts)

JeniLynn was born and raised in South Florida. Being so close to Walt Disney World, she grew up regularly visiting the Mouse and developed a fascination with the creativity of Disney Parks. Noticing that her happiest moments seemed to always take place in Walt Disney World, JeniLynn began trying to recreate the magic of Disney in her everyday life beginning in her pre-teen years. Adulthood, sixteen years of marriage, and three children later, JeniLynn continues to lead a Disney Driven Life and diligently works to pass her love for Disney on to her husband and children. She has blogged for Touring Plans and been a contributing writer for The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World, and she currently co-hosts Orlando Attractions Magazine: The Show; however, her primary focus has always been with the community that has grown around her own site, The Disney Driven Life. Through these venues JeniLynn strives to help other Disney fans stay connected to the brand that has served as a keystone in her family’s life.

  1. Very cool–great job. You caught a neat shot of my daughter in the background of one of your pictures. I'd love it if you could email it to me. She's completely off the ground and it looks pretty cool (it's the one with your daughter shaking what her mama gave her :-). Thanks for the inspiration to get going on my Disney post!

  2. Wow!! You did an awesome job with this video montage! It makes me wonder where I was, and I was there. You all took the best pictures and wonderfully captured the fun and magic of the conference. Next time I'm following you around.

  3. GREAT job on the video, JL! You really captured what a fun, exciting week it was, filled with great events, and more importantly – meeting new friends and making lasting memories! Keep up the great work on the DDL!

  4. I couldn't have said it better, Lou. While the weekend was full of fantastic events, for me it really was about meeting old friends and making new ones. It was a time I will never forget.

  5. Your daughter has quite a talent for shaking what her mama gave her. The particular photo you are talking about was taken by Lynne Ronemous. I'll ask her about giving you that photo, but I doubt it will be a problem. I'm so glad that Lynne was able to catch that second on film for you . . . now get blogging and send me the link. LOL!

  6. Debra, let's make a point to meet each other next year. Another attendee suggested that they have an icebreaker next time. I think that this would be an excellent way for us to cross the room and reach out. Stay in touch until then.

  7. You did an excellent job putting this montage together. I enjoyed everything about our trip. It is an experience that my family and I will cherish forever!

  8. Wow! That was awesome! Looks like you had a magical time! Makes me realize I'm missing out because I'm not twittering! I'll have to try it again!

  9. I can't believe I didn't meet all of you. Can I tell you that yo did such a wonderful job on this video. It is so nice and summarizes the whole conference perfectly!! Good job!!

  10. I really enjoyed that, JL! Looks like you all had such a fabulous time 😀 Really snazzy production too (so much better than just a slideshow)–I can't believe this was your first movie production! Thanks for sharing, Bixie NDM #163

  11. Thank you, Bixie! You'd believe I was new if I told you how long it took me to make. It was a torturously long process. Someone who is more proficient would have done it in half the time, but I'm learning. 🙂

  12. I absolutely LOVE your site! The video you made (Thanks for the mention!) of the conference is awesome. I got a little happy tear while I was watching it. You captured the fun and excitement so well that I almost forgot I was freezing my tail feathers most of the time. You made me proud to have been a small part of such an amazing event. Kudos!

  13. Maryellen, it means a lot to me that you took the time to visit my site. 🙂 I'm so glad you were able to be pulled back into our time together with it. You should be proud because it was an incredible thing to be a part of, and you were a significant reason for that. Your humor was a great way to end our day of sessions! I loved every minute of your routine. 🙂

  14. This is such a great montage… It brought back such memories. I loved every minute of the conference, which was my first. All other conferences will pale in compare, I am sure. I want to let everyone know how fabulous the cast memebers were to me (I am in a wheelchair), they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and lacked nothing.
I sure hope they do this again next year!!

  15. Lorie, it was my first conference as well. I'm actually afraid to go to a non-Disney conference because I can't imagine that it could possible live up to the standard Disney set.
