One of the absolute best ways to interact with the Disney Driven Life community is through the Be Counted page. This is also how you get an official Neurotic Disney Person number and how you get put on the roster. For us NDPs, this is the official joining of the community!
To start, click on “BE COUNTED!” on the left of the Disney Driven Life website. This will take you to the roster page, where you can get more information about becoming an official NDP. In order to do so, all you have to do is send an email to Jackie (NDM #30) at email@example.com with your first name, last initial, home state, your Twitter name (if you have one), and which title you would like.
You can choose to be counted as a Neurotic Disney Auntie, Uncle, Dad, Mom, Grandmom, Granddad, Individual, Kid, Husband, Wife, or Teen. Just choose the title that fits you best! Then your part is done, and you simply have to wait for Jackie to officially “count” you. Be patient, however, as she’s a real person will real things to do besides adding people to the roster all day and all night.
Once you’re counted, you can use the roster on the Be Counted page to connect with the Disney Driven Life community! Simply look for people that seem interesting (fellow Neurotic Disney Moms, for example, if you are one) and follow them on Twitter! Everyone who adds their Twitter account to their entry on the roster has done so because they want to be contacted by their fellow NDPs. So go out there and communicate! Also, include your Twitter account in your email to Jackie, so other NDPs can contact you! The Disney Driven Life is so much better when you share it with others, so get out there and meet some NDPs!

Amanda’s experiences with Disney got off to a rocky start at age 4 when she infamously asked her mom in the middle of the Magic Kingdom if she could “go back to the room and color.” Her attention span, however, has increased since then, and now she cannot get enough of Disney. She aims to visit Walt Disney World as much as her college budget will allow, and–in between trips–she satisfies her Disney hunger by managing The Disney Driven Life, blogging for Disney College Blog and tweeting from her @discollegeblog account. She strives to live the Disney Driven Life every day, so she can be the best Neurotic Disney Individual she can be.
