Chef Mickey’s is located on the fourth floor of the Contemporary Resort in Walt Disney World. It is a buffet style restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner with special guests: the Disney characters! Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, and Goofy make their appearances as you enjoy your meal. Breakfast items consist of cereal, pancakes, eggs, waffles, pastries, and fresh fruit. Dinner includes different meats, a variety of side dishes, and a sundae bar.  One of my favorite things to eat is the breakfast pizza. It is an easy recipe that you can make at home, and even the kids can help!

Chef Mickey’s Breakfast Pizza

1 precooked 12-inch pizza crust

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded provolone cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella

2 eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Set the pizza crust on a baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine the cheese together. In a small bowl, combine the eggs and heavy cream. You can add salt and pepper as desired. Combine the egg mixture in with the cheese mixture, just enough so it doesn’t clump together.  Pour the mixture into the pizza shell and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is set. Enjoy!
