“Out there is a new world! Out there is our destiny!”
With these words, the fantastic world of the Grid returns in TRON: Legacy. Opening December 17, 2010, Legacy stars Jeff Bridges who reprises his dual role as Kevin Flynn and his digital alter-ego, CLU. The cult-like following of the original 1982 release and curiosity regarding how the sequel will capitalize on modern filmmaking technology have made TRON: Legacy one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year.
In anticipation of the release of TRON: Legacy, and playing on the extreme visual nature of the film, Disney and New Era have combined, according to New Era, “to create a series of one-of-a-kind, visually stunning caps, featuring glow-in-the-dark graphics and detailed images.” There are six caps in the TRON: Legacy series.
A neurotic Disney TRON fan can get a look at these caps by visiting www.neweracap.com.
And, extremely neurotic Disney TRON fans in the metropolitan New York City area can attend the TRON: Legacy cap launch party. The party will take place at the New Era, New York City Flagship Store, 9 East 4th Street, on Thursday, December 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. Fans can sign up for free giveaways and the first 45 people in line will be shuttled courtesy of New Era to a private 3D advance screening of the movie following the party at 9 p.m.

I just left the movie screening. I think I might have liked it better if they had been wearing these wicked cool hats!
