Natalie grew up in Nashville, TN. Married with one son, she lives on a farm. As if this weren't enough to keep her on her toes, Natalie also works around the clock due to being self-employed . Natalie often travels to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland, giving her a vast knowledge of the Disney Resorts which she shares in her posts on The Disney Driven Life. She loves the research on the resorts and appreciates input for these articles as well. In recent trips, Natalie has begun making a habit of meeting people while in the parks. This habit inspired her personal website, Meet the Magic, This site helps her connect to others as well as hold space for Disney fans to post information about their Disney related sites. Her goal with this venture is to help people to "Meet the Magic" of their choice.

As you may recall, last week I discussed our state room aboard the Disney Dream and how nice our space was in the inside state room.  When planning to go aboard the Disney Dream, my son and I had done a bit of research by looking at much of the data on the Disney Cruise Line’s site.  During our research, I had found that there would be no irons in the room.  Therefore, when packing, I was sure to pack clothes that would not wrinkle or would fold in such a way that the item would look wearable without actual use of an iron.  For whatever reason, this proved to be a real challenge.

Once on board, my family and I would put the clothes we were to wear in the bathroom on a hanger, hoping that the steam would help to get out the wrinkles in the clothes.  Most of the time, it did not really help.  We went to dinner and had on clothes that were a bit more wrinkled than usual.  We were lucky enough to have friends at our table who did not laugh and point at us!

The last day aboard the Disney Dream was our sea day (meaning we were on the ship and not at a port for that entire day), we had a bit of extra time.  We decided to explore the ship!  While we were walking around , we noticed an open room and wandered in.  I could not believe it: a laundry room, complete with iron and ironing board.  How had I missed that!  Guess I know for our next Disney cruise!  Live and learn!  Hope you can make use of the laundry room!
