Here are your big Disney headlines for the last few days:
Ticket Price Upgrade – Disney has announced prices and packages for 2012 and, while there are price increases that are already in effect, there are still options to help you save money while you are vacationing in Disney. Click here to see the pricing for Walt Disney World or here for the Disneyland pricing information.
Dining Plan Update – Naturally, where there are ticket price information, dining cannot be far behind. There are prices that have been announced for 2012 along with a couple changes to the plan. Now being included with the Standard Dining Plan are the refillable mugs, one for each guest, able to be used at your resort quick service location. While that plan gains, the Quick Service plan loses a snack credit, dropping the number on that plan to only 1 credit a day. The restaurant list for 2012 has not been confirmed as of yet.
Fantasmic! Schedule – To the excited chants of many, it has been said that Fantasmic! in Hollywood Studios will now be playing every night once again! Starting July 6th and continuing until at least September 30th, guests will be able to see Fantasmic! at least once every night. This is one less aspect to have to plan around on your Disney vacation.
Magic Kingdom Refurb Mini-Update – The Disney Parks Blog has released a new picture of the Storybook Circus section of the new Fantasyland refurbishment in Magic Kingdom (see above). In this picture, you can see the new double Dumbo attraction, the Train station, and the Barnstormer turned Great Goofini attraction. There is also a new Casey Jr. water play area for the little ones that can be seen near the Train station.
