Disney movies are known to pull at the heartstrings. Here are a few that make the heart flutter!
14. Can You Feel the Love Tonight?
From The Lion King
From the playful nature, to the rekindled flame, to Nala’s “come hither” eyes, this song can sure heat up a screen.
13. Ever Ever After
From Enchanted
“Sometimes you reach what’s real just by making believe.” Dreams can come true!
From Aladdin
Breathtaking scenery from all over the world in one night? Only on a magic carpet! Or maybe Epcot.
11. Bella Notte
From Lady and the Tramp
It’s Italian- need I say more?
From Sleeping Beauty
A classic and so timeless. A tribute to love at first sight.
From Beauty and the Beast
It’s a tale as old as time- love.
From Hercules
Just whenshe is no longer looking for love, love finds her.
From The Little Mermaid
Moonlight canoe ride, sparkling water, mossy curtains, the sounds of nature in a surprisingly rhythmic form….sigh.
From Cinderella
It’s that moment when you KNOW.
From The Princess and the Frog
Sometimes you just know that your true love is a bright shining star!
From Pocahontas
The song that explains all the blessings that another possesses.
3. So Close
From Enchanted
Ok, this song just makes me woozy…in a good way! Heartbreaking and hopeful all at the same time!
From Tangled
The fact alone that I STILL cannot get through this scene without crying, is enough to earn it’s place near the top of the list.
From Pete’s Dragon
Read Tangled above…only this song has been around A LOT longer!

Princess Ami grew up going to Disney World when it was young and very small in comparison to today. It was a “World” that spanned only the Magic Kingdom resort area and the E-ticket was king! Disney World grew and Ami did with it, savoring every moment and change. Now that they are both knocking on 40, Magic Kingdom does its Disney magic with 3 more parks. It’s probably not a coincidence that Ami now experiences that new magic with 3 more princesses in tow. The girls are growing up addicted to the magic just as their mom did. Married to Prince Scott, Ami is gradually converting him over to the pixie dusted side! In addition to writing Disney infused blogs like www.disneyparkgoddess.blogspot.com and www.faithtrustandpixiedusted.blogspot.com, Ami is a singer in her Virginia church’s contemporary praise band and a self-proclaimed foodie.
I agree with crying during Tangled. My family thinks I’m nuts for always crying during the lantern scene but I just find it so powerful.
thanks for making this list. im making a cd full of them and needed a little help:)
“A whole new world” should be way up.
