Elantrice was born and raised in Middle Georgia. Even thought Disney World was about six hours away, trips were made to the place where Elantrice fell in love with a Mouse. Disney was a place of excitement and fun during her teenager years. Adulthood, job, and “auntie” to two handsome godsons later, Elantrice’s love for Disney continues to grow and have a presence in her daily routine. She shares her love of Disney with others by giving tips to newbies, assisting one godson in collecting Disney pins and Vinylmation, and now being the shopping blogger for The Disney Driven Life. Elantrice’s goal is to spread her knowledge of this wonderful brand to others that has played a key part in her life.

As some of you know I was blessed with a healthy nephew this past November.  With Christmas around the corner, I wanted to get him something that would be different.  He would be growing out of clothes like crazy and not too much he could do with toys at a month old.  His routine is mostly eat, sleep, and poop.  I wanted his gift to have a Disney theme of course.  You are never too young to be introduced to Disney.

I remembered there was a website called www.oneshare.com that specializes in selling one share of stock and framing them for gift giving.  Of course I chose for my nephew to own a share of Disney.  The current price of the stock is listed and a certification fee is charged as well.  The next step was picking out a frame and matte.  I went with the black lacquer frame and plain matte.  I wanted to have custom engraving and used a quote suggested by the site and added the last line.  Due to my nephew being a child, I placed myself as the guardian.  Oneshare.com also offers the OneShare Start-Up Kit. When you give OneShare as a gift, the Start-Up Kit is free with the order. Per the website “The Kit includes a shiny red Congratulations Card (which includes a personalized greeting from you!); the Quick Reference Guide (a fun timeline that lets new shareholders know what to expect); and the Owner’s Manual, a full-color, twenty page guide to the care and maintenance of their new stock.”

I was lucky enough to have ordered the stock in time to arrive for Christmas.  His parents, my sister and brother-in-law, were surprised at the gift.  I told them I want my nephew to do better than me and what better way than to start his investments early.
