Hi friends! Are you looking to run a runDisney race this year or next? Here’s all the dates you need to know for the both the running events and open registration. If you’re a Disney Parks Passholder or Disney Vacation Club member, you are eligible to register earlier than the dates listed. Check your pass holder page for more information.
Tip: Mark your calendar for the registration date and be ready to register as soon as it opens. Some races sell out almost immediately so don’t wait! When I registered for this year’s Dopey Challenge – it sold out in less than an hour. Yes, there were a lot of us who were crazy enough to want to do 48.6 miles in 4 days during Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend!
If a race is marked “Sold Out”, check the runDisney website for charity registrations. Sold Out races are often still available if you commit to fundraising for a listed charity with spaces available.

Hello, I’m Denise! I’m a work at home mom, blogger, bargain shopper, Disney fanatic, home cook, volunteer, and distance runner (26.2 x2, 13.1 x4, 10k x3, and lots of 5k’s). I also know a little about weight loss. My dream of running my first Half Marathon at Disneyland at my goal weight had a lot to do with the motivation to lose weight, as well as being a healthier and happier person, mom and wife. With sheer determination, cleaner eating and exercise, I lost 110 pounds after the birth of my son. It wasn’t easy but it sure was worth it! I’m currently training for the 2015 runDisney Dopey Challenge at Walt Disney World.
