Easter, Passover, Spring Break – what do these three events have in common?

spring break game reviewBesides all taking place in the Spring, they all involve family – family get-togethers, parties, family nights. What better way to spend the time with family, friends and loved ones than having a good ol’ fashioned board game night? This spring, Wonder Forge has new games from your favorite Disney friends – just in time for such occasions!

But what about my little one? It can be so hard to hold the attention of a little one without the right game. Wonder Forge has new games with preschoolers in mind! We were so excited to try out a couple of the newest games! Even though NDK is not “preschool,” the games were enough to hold her attention and she loved how fun and carefree the games were!

doc mcstuffins review 2Disney Doc McStuffins Mix Up Fix Up Game – The use-your-smarts guessing game!

Can you cure the mystery boo-boo like Doc McStuffins? Use deduction to figure out what will help Lambie, Stuffy, Chilly, and friends feel all better! Collect the most bandages to win. Put your problem solving skills to the test with this clever guessing game! Retail $14.99

doc mcstuffins reviewNDK loves Doc McStuffins. This game is a perfect blend of favorite characters, problem solving and fun! The colorful, sturdy pieces make the game exciting, and easy enough to store in the game box. It is not too big or bulky, and the pieces are not excessive. We loved this deduction game. While faintly reminiscent of another familiar guessing game, this game is played where one person, the “patient,”  holds the “secret tool” and the other players are the “doctors” who have to guess what was used to diagnose the patient. This game can incorporate problem solving, teamwork, and fun! While you can play this game with two people, I think a few more “doctors” may have added to the fun!

NDK Review: I liked this game! I like the x-ray sleeves. The pictures of Doc’s friends are the best. There are pictures of Stuffy, Lambie, Hootsie, Hallie, Boppy and Chilly. It’s like I get to take care of Doc’s friends. I liked all the patterns on the x-ray cards. This game was fun. I think someone younger than me would definitely like this game, too!

Who can resist cute, baby animals? This sweet memory game is perfect for the season and anyone who loves a good classic game.

I know what you are thinking….why is the Disney Driven Life reviewing this game? It is not Disney related. I will let NDK tell you…

NDK Review: These are cute animals. Yes, they are not Disney, but Disney has these cute animals! There are baby safari animals that you can find at Animal Kingdom. Baby ducks and squirrels can be found at any of the parks! A lot of these animals can be found at Animal Kingdom. The fun part is trying to name where you see these animals in the parks once you make a match! I like this game because it reminds me of these cute animals!
