Since going to Walt Disney World and Disneyland at a young age, Chris has always enjoyed Disney music, TV shows, movies, and trips to Walt Disney World. But his appreciation of the overall Disney experience has greatly increased over the last few years. While waiting for the next chance to work on his Disney photography skills, Chris passes the time listening to Park/Resort audio, WDW podcasts, and checking out the work of other Disney photographers. To Chris, there are no bad Disney trip photographs or photographers. Non-Disney pursuits include spending time with his wife and children, watching and listening to baseball broadcasts, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs and LSU. Chris is a third generation professional engineer in Louisiana, working mainly on asbestos, lead, mold and demolition projects. Intentional Hidden Mickey, or just an accident? Or do I need my eyes checked?

Intentional Hidden Mickey, or just an accident? Or do I need my eyes checked?

Many Disney fans try to find (or insert!) some Disney into their every day lives. One neat way is to look for random things that happen to form a Hidden Mickey or other Disney reminders. And it keeps you sharp for spotting Hidden Mickeys in the parks and resorts.

In this case, I was reviewing some old building plans at work (drawings are from 1982) and came across a drawing showing an exterior plaza area. I got to looking, and part of the drawing looked, to me, like a Hidden Mickey. Now, I could be seeing things – in my opinion it has been too long for my liking since our last trip. But I thought I’d see what your thoughts on this are. Hidden Mickey, or do I need an eye exam?

At any rate, I hope you’re able to find a little bit of Disney magic in your every day life. Send us your real life Hidden Mickeys!
