This month, the Disney Driven Life will have posts on great Disney Halloween topics. I thought I’d share something I actually just came across – a ready made Disney Halloween soundtrack, straight out of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. I think we can all agree that we’d rather be at the parks, but some of us can’t make it this time of year.
If you go over to d-cot.com (and after registering and all that, if you haven’t already), search the jukebox, and you’ll see where you can actually listen to the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party soundtrack. The soundtrack is pretty long, and includes selections from Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack, as well as attraction audio, like clips from the Haunted Mansion, and also clips played in Liberty Square and Main Street U.S.A. It’s tough to beat being in the Magic Kingdom, but at least this gets you close – kind of.
As I’ve mentioned before, a bonus for signing up on d-cot.com is the interaction with other fans. Fellow Disney fans offer trip planning tips, first person reviews, and other tips. And there’s a TON of other audio. And it’s free.
Whether you’re in the office or at home, this playlist definitely transports you to the Magic Kingdom. And it may also serve as a pretty good audio backdrop for you at home if you’re hosting a Halloween party of your own, or add some “atmousephere” as you pass out candy on Halloween.
What’s on your Disney Halloween soundtrack?
