This season, ABC Family’s Pop Up Santa partnered with Reddi-wip to travel coast-to-coast with the “Share The Joy” Food Truck. The initiative kicked off in New York City just as temperatures started to dip and snow began to fall. On November 14th, ABC Family’s Pop Up Santa and Reddi-wip “Share The Joy” Food Truck rolled up to the famed Wollman Rink in picturesque Central Park with Reddi-wip topped hot cocoa for festive and freezing skaters.
Next, Pop Up Santa headed west to California to warm up seasonal shoppers. On November 19th, breakout star of ABC Family’s “Young & Hungry,” Aimee Carrero was on hand to host The Americana at Brand’s 8th Annual Tree Lighting Spectacular in Glendale. There, she delighted thousands of revelers with a special Pop Up performance by the ‘Band of Merrymakers’ (Natasha Beddingfield, Mark McGrath, Tyler Glenn, Alex Kinsey, Sierra Deaton), all while she and the “Share the Joy” Food Truck spread holiday cheer with seasonal sweets topped with Reddi-wip!
The “Share The Joy” Food Truck made its final stop in Chicago to help the Windy City get Reddi for Santa. On November 21st, ABC Family’s Pop Up Santa and Reddi-wip popped in on the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival as an estimated crowd of 1.2 million marveled at the sights and sounds of the season. The winter wonderland was made that much sweeter when the “Share the Joy” Food Truck passed out holiday drinks and goodies all topped with the perfect finishing touch, Reddi-wip.
