Today’s Throwback Thursday takes us back to Pluto’s House, located in the backyard of Mickey’s House at Mickey’s Toontown Fair in Magic Kingdom. We miss seeing Minnie and Mickey’s houses, and all the fun details.
Mickey’s Toontown Fair in Magic Kingdom was closed on this day, February 11, 2011, in order to make way for New Fantasyland. Storybook Circus now sits in the land that occupied Mickey’s home, along with Pluto’s doghouse. What memories do you have of Toontown Fair?

Since going to Walt Disney World and Disneyland at a young age, Chris has always enjoyed Disney music, TV shows, movies, and trips to Walt Disney World. But his appreciation of the overall Disney experience has greatly increased over the last few years. While waiting for the next chance to work on his Disney photography skills, Chris passes the time listening to Park/Resort audio, WDW podcasts, and checking out the work of other Disney photographers. Non-Disney pursuits include spending time with his wife and children, watching and listening to baseball broadcasts, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs and LSU.
