The Habit Burger Grill (Nasdaq:HABT), an Irvine based restaurant company renowned for its award-winning Charburgers, introduces its new refreshing summer salad, the Fresh Berry and Toasted Almond Salad with Chicken. The limited time special is available now through August 21 at participating Habit Burger Grill locations for $7.95.

The Habit’s new Fresh Berry and Toasted Almond Salad serves up a perfectly seasoned chargrilled chicken breast atop a bed of hand-cut garden greens with fresh sliced strawberries and blueberries, topped with toasted almonds and feta cheese, tossed in a house-made strawberry balsamic vinaigrette making for a delicious summer treat.

“Enjoy our crisp, cool summer salad for the perfect meal this season,” says chef Adam Baird, The Habit’s vice president of food and beverage and creator of this limited time special. “With the ideal combination of sweet and savory, satisfying crunch and fresh flavors, this salad will become your new favorite.”

Better burgers are just the beginning at The Habit where the menu also includes hand-cut salads, grilled sandwiches including line-caught, sushi grade ahi tuna, fresh chicken, and hand-filleted marinated grilled tri-tip, and sides including onion rings, sweet potato and French fries, and tempura green beans. Guests can choose from a variety of peppers, lemons, limes, and sauces at a complimentary condiment bar to customize the flavor of their meal.

The Habit is known for its award-winning Charburger which features 100% fresh, never frozen ground beef grilled over an open flame and topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, and mayo served on a toasted bun.
