Aladdin Far From AgrabahSail away on a magic carpet ride when you read this brand-new book, Far From Agrabah by Aisha Saeed! This is not the same story as the movie, so there are NO movie spoilers. This original story, with characters from the movie, is about what happens on the magic carpet ride Jasmine and Prince Ali embark on. I really hope you will enjoy this book!

When on the magic carpet ride, Jasmine asks Prince Ali if he will take her to his homeland, Ababwa. Little does she know that Prince Ali is actually Aladdin, the street rat she met in the market and Ababwa doesn’t exist! But with help from the Genie, Aladdin is able to make a very realistic illusion of Ababwa and he takes Jasmine there. But trouble is afoot. While all the people are illusions, there is one man who is actually real. And he is very dangerous. This is a great book you don’t want to miss!

This is not your typical Aladdin story. It tells you of the many adventures that Jasmine and Aladdin encounter. The Ababwa adventure is definitely one that is interesting. This adds to the Aladdin storyline, introducing us to new experiences and characters.

This is a great story for Aladdin fans. You get a new experience with Aladdin and Jasmine, new characters are introduced, and you get to know what Ababwa looks like. There is also no profanity, so this could also be a book for younger kids. Since the live-action Aladdin will be on Disney+ this month, you will want to read this book!
