The Topps Company, Inc., a division of Fanatics Collectibles, a next-gen physical and digital trading card company, announced full details for DigiCon 2022, the virtual event celebrating the collecting community with live interviews and exclusive releases across all Topps Digital collectible apps.

Taking place from Friday, April 29 – Sunday, May 1, DigiCon 2022 connects fans with the stars, athletes, and communities they love through hours of live and pre-recorded content including interviews with Kermit the Frog; hall of fame hockey player Paul Coffey; Major League Soccer LAFC midfielder Kellyn Acosta; and Star Wars voice actor Dee Bradley Baker. The three day event will be hosted on Topps Digital’s Twitch channel.

Topps® KICK, Topps MLB BUNT® & Topps® NHL SKATE™
The wide world of sports will be in full force at DigiCon 2022 with appearances by NHL Hall of Famer Paul Coffey, MLB stars Brett Philips, Pete Alonso, and Major League Soccer LAFC midfielder Kellyn Acosta. Former MLB players and sports personalities Trevor Plouffe and Peter Moylan will join to discuss their hit shows on the popular Jomboy Media channel, the 2022 Season, and their new obsession with the Topps BUNT app.

Star Wars™: Card Trader by Topps®
Star Wars fans will get a peek inside the Star Wars galaxy with an appearance by New York Times best-selling author Charles Soule and artist Derek Laufman, along with an interview with iconic Star Wars voice actor Dee Bradley Baker.

Disney Collect! by Topps® & Marvel Collect! by Topps®
Entertainment and pop culture fans can look forward to an exciting weekend of programming as the one and only Kermit the Frog will make an appearance. Marvel artists Simon Spurrier, Kieron Gillen, and John Romita Jr. will be bringing over 50 years of creativity to the DigiCon schedule, showcasing their amazing artwork and storied history with the company.

Topps NFTs
DigiCon attendees will get a deeper look into how Topps continues to celebrate fandoms across sports and entertainment through new and innovative content releases and NFT platform experiences. Former US Men’s National Soccer Team player and NFT enthusiast, Heath Pearce will be on hand to discuss the rapidly growing industry and exciting new future of collectibles.

Topps’ DigiCon 2022 will kick off on Friday, April 29 and run through Sunday, May 1 from 11:30 a.m. ET – 5:00 p.m. ET each day. On Friday, Topps® KICK and Star Wars™: Card Trader fans will be treated to a day filled with talent and surprises. Saturday will bring a full day of interviews and all new content for Topps BUNT and Marvel Collect!. Topps NHL SKATE, Disney Collect!, and NFT fans everywhere will have a full day of content to close out the weekend on Sunday.

Fans can receive 600 Diamonds and DigiCon app-exclusive content with the DigiCon Insider Pass, available Monday, April 18 at noon ET through Monday, May 2 at noon ET for $1.99. Passholder content will be available until Monday, May 9.
