In partnership with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO), apartment communities are included in the Parade offering an array of amenities and impressive floorplans throughout Central Florida.

Lake Sheen Showcase Home by Hardwick General Contracting
The 2023 Showcase Home is located in Dr. Phillips, widely known as “Millionaires Row”, and features the most sought-after homes in Central Florida. This Floridian jewel sits on a 4.5-acre private site and includes 7,461 square feet of enclosed living space with four bedrooms, four full baths, and a half bath. The basement and two living levels above can be accessed by an elevator.
