About the Movie

The overall plot of DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES is exactly as described as above – a charming thief and his unlikely crew of “adventurers” set out on a quest and all that can predictably go wrong, happens. This movie does host a few Easter eggs, in tribute to the 1970s board game, which will delight any DND fan.  Be sure to watch carefully and see how many you can spot.

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES stars Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Justice Smith, Sophia Lillis and Hugh Grant. These recognizable faces help make this kitschy, fantasy/action/adventure a bit easier to watch.  The run time for DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES is a bit lengthy for a family movie, coming in at 2 hours and 14 minutes. With that in mind, watching it at home makes this movie more tolerable, as you can pause and take a break as needed.

Family Movie?

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES is rated PG-13 for fantasy action/violence and some language. This movie would be comparable to Marvel movies. Any instance of language was on the milder end. The fantasy action/violence was less than a Marvel movie. There really was no instance where any of my family had to look away for more than a brief second.

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES is more of a tween/teen family movie night. This movie is available on on 4K Ultra HD SteelBook™, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray™, Digital and DVD
