Following its successful debut in the Kissimmee market, Cowboy Chicken unveils the Summer Salad Fest menu with crisp, refreshing, and delicious lunch, dinner, and catering options for a limited time. Menu items include:
The strawberry pecan salad is topped with rotisserie chicken, candied pecans, bacon crumbles, goat cheese, and a strawberry-poppyseed dressing.- Chicken tenders are here to stay, and the Southern fried salad is topped with Cowboy Chicken’s hand-breaded and seasoned chicken tenders, tomatoes, red onions, avocado, corn, Monterrey Jack cheese, cheese crisps, and honey mustard dressing.
- The Kickin’ Cobb salad, which brings the heat with sliced jalapeños but cools things down with hard-boiled eggs, rotisserie chicken, bacon crumbles, tomatoes, red onions, cotija cheese, avocado, and chipotle ranch dressing.
- The watermelon cucumber salad is a seasonal highlight for Cowboy Chicken’s roster of side dishes, featuring the flavors of mint and lime with goat cheese alongside watermelon and cucumber to create a refreshing combination that pairs well with any entrée.
- Guests can quench their thirst with strawberry lemonade or watermelon tea and satisfy their sweet tooth with strawberry shortcake for dessert.
These seasonal offerings accompany a menu full of family favorites including dark and white meat rotisserie chicken, drumsticks, chicken tenders, brisket, and sandwiches served with a variety of Wild West sides and desserts.
Known for its wood-fired rotisserie chicken and side dishes, Cowboy Chicken is a popular choice for lunch, dinner, and catering in the heart of the Kissimmee tourism district. The new location opened in March and is located at 3290 Margaritaville Blvd. at Promenade at Sunset Walk with indoor and covered patio seating.
Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery or by calling 407.773. 5219. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday with ample, free parking.
Cowboy Chicken Kissimmee offers several weekday lunch specials for Florida residents Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to include a side and fountain drink for $10.
