
Marlow’s Tavern ushers in the fall and winter seasons with new plates including sharable appetizers, hearty entrees, savory sides, decadent desserts, and a new “Steakhouse Cuts” menu section with satiating steaks. These seasonal dishes complement the eatery’s classic mainstays and give guests new reasons to visit their favorite tavern.
“We always look forward to enhancing our menu to take advantage of the new bounty of fresh items each season,” says executive chef, CEO, and co-founder John Metz. “For winter, we are excited to offer heartier, comforting fare, and our new Steakhouse Cuts selection is the biggest addition to the menu.”
New items that are now available include:
- Tavern Hummus – creamy hummus, marinated feta and tomato, toasty seasoned pita and pine nuts
- Maine Lobster & Shrimp Chowder – New England-style, carrots, celery, bacon, corn, sweet onion, Burbank potatoes and fresh herb
- Warm Brie & Spinach Fondue – creamy brie, white wine, baby spinach and crisp pita
- Pressed Cubano – slow-cooked pulled pork, ham, Swiss, mustard mojo and toasted Cuban bread
- Steakhouse Cuts – Bistro filet, New York strip or filet medallions served with twice-baked potatoes and choice of sauce
- Shrimp Campanelle – seared blackened jumbo shrimp, andouille sausage, okra, corn, onion, red pepper, grainy mustard and Creole cream
- Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
- Twice-Baked Loaded Potatoes
- Bourbon Pecan Pie – toasty pecans, buttery crust, Woodford Reserve bourbon and whipped cream
- Coffee Butter Cake – Mr. Black coffee liqueur-soaked sponge and whipped cream
Guests can pair these new dishes with a selection of hand-crafted cocktails including the following new libations:
- Strawberry Gin Party – Gray Whale gin, Fruitful rhubarb, fresh strawberry, lemon juice, prosecco
- One Flew South – Coconut Cartel rum, St. George spiced pear, lime, simple, tarragon, Fever Tree elderflower tonic
- Winter Mirage – Don Cosme reposado tequila, Illegal mezcal, prickly pear, aloe juice, squeezed lime, simple mix
