To encourage family playtime this summer and beyond, Disney is launching new product collections for preschool-aged children across many of its beloved brands.
Bringing the magic and joy of storytelling into the homes of young families, parents and kids alike can spend time together with new toys inspired by Disney Jr. hit series “SuperKitties” and “Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends,” as well as the upcoming “Disney Jr.’s Ariel.”
Disney Consumer Products worked with researchers at the University of Southern California (USC) to better understand why play is so critical for preschool children. According to research compiled by this team, play fosters development and growth, boosts thinking, improves language and storytelling skills, and more.
Sure to promote fun and learning, spark imagination, and inspire curiosity while school is out this summer, some of the hottest new toys of the season have been created by Hasbro and Just Play, and include interactive singing and dancing toys, dolls, and large-scale playsets.
