Only Murders in the Building Season 5

Your favorite podcasting sleuths are back on the case in a star-studded fifth season of Only Murders in the Building. Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez return as the lovable trio of Charles, Oliver, and Mabel, joined once again by Meryl Streep reprising her fan-favorite role as Loretta Durkin.

This season, the stakes hit close to home as the gang investigates the shocking murder of their longtime doorman, Lester. Alongside the core cast, Season 5 welcomes an impressive lineup of new faces—including Téa Leoni, Renée Zellweger, and Christoph Waltz—guaranteeing plenty of twists, comedic banter, and high-society intrigue to keep you hooked.

Season 5 premieres on Tuesday, September 9, exclusively on Hulu.


Dancing With the Stars Season 34

Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro are back to host the 34th season of Dancing With the Stars. This season offers plenty of famous faces with social media superstar Alix Earle headlining a cast that includes Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Season 34 kicks off on Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. ET and 5 p.m. PT. You can watch new episodes live on ABC with Hulu + Live TV* or on Disney+.** Feeling patient? You can also catch episodes the following day (Wednesday) on Hulu.

Reasonable Doubt Season 3

The drama heats up in Season 3 of Reasonable Doubt, with Emayatzy Corinealdi returning as powerhouse attorney Jax Stewart. Known for its sleek mix of legal intrigue, steamy romance, and sharp twists, the series continues to bring plenty of flair to Hulu’s lineup.

Expect bold performances, sizzling chemistry, and the kind of jaw-dropping moments that have cemented Reasonable Doubt as one of Hulu’s standout originals.

Futurama Season 13

The beloved satirical sci-fi comedy Futurama is back for its 13th season, bringing fans more outlandish adventures and tongue-in-cheek humor set in the year 3000. Known for mixing absurd gags with surprisingly sharp commentary on modern life, the series has built a loyal following since its debut.

This time around, Hulu is shaking up the release strategy by dropping the entire season at once, giving viewers the chance to binge every new escapade as soon as it lands. Whether you’ve followed the Planet Express crew from the beginning or you’re just curious what the buzz is about, Season 13 promises a fresh round of time-bending antics, bizarre inventions, and plenty of the smart-but-silly humor that made Futurama a cult favorite.

All 10 episodes of Season 13 will be available on Hulu starting Monday, September 15.


Chad Powers

In the new Hulu Original series Chad Powers, Glen Powell steps into the cleats of the titular character. The story follows Russ Holliday, a disgraced college quarterback who reinvents himself under the alias “Chad Powers” in a desperate bid for redemption as a walk-on player.

Chad Powers has a surprising origin: The concept was first dreamed up by Eli Manning as part of a prank segment on the ESPN+ series Eli’s Places, where Manning disguised himself to try out for Penn State.

Now the viral gag has been reimagined as a full-fledged comedy, blending Powell’s star power with a hilarious take on sports, second chances, and the lengths people will go to chase glory.

The show premieres on Tuesday, September 30, only on Hulu.


Alien: Earth

It’s the first TV series in the popular Alien franchise — and it’s only on Hulu. This brand-new dystopian show is set in 2120, just two years before the OG Alien (1979) movie takes place.

In FX’s Alien: Earth, five mega-corporations rule over Earth. Disaster strikes, literally, when a research spacecraft crashes to Earth, unleashing something unexpected — and dangerous.

New episodes of Alien: Earth will hit Hulu on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET and 5 p.m. PT through the end of September. Catch up on the latest episodes before the season finale, scheduled to be released on September 23.


Death in Apartment 603: What Happened to Ellen Greenberg?

In 2011, a 27-year-old teacher named Ellen Greenberg was found dead in her apartment. Detectives ruled the death a suicide, despite the fact that she had 20 knife wounds and 11 bruises. The autopsy report originally came back as a homicide, only to be reversed again to suicide. The city of Philadelphia closed the case without further investigation.

This three-part documentary follows her family’s 14-year quest to fight to reopen the investigation and find out what really happened to Ellen.

The docuseries will be available on Monday, September 29.


New Movies on Hulu

Swiped (2025)

Inspired by the real-life story of the visionary founder of Bumble, Swiped stars Lily James as Whitney Wolfe, one of the youngest female self-made billionaires in history.

The film chronicles Wolfe’s struggles to break into the male-dominated tech industry, her role in Tinder’s meteoric rise, her tumultuous exit, and her fight to make online dating better for women.

Swiped premieres on Friday, September 19, exclusively on Hulu.


The Man in My Basement (2025)

If a stranger knocked on your door and asked to rent your basement, would you let them? What if they offered to pay $1,000 a day?

That’s the premise of the Hulu Original film The Man in My Basement. Charles Blakey, played by Corey Hawkins, is down on his luck and in danger of losing his ancestral home. That’s when a stranger, played by Willem Dafoe, comes knocking with an odd but lucrative offer.

The horror-thriller is based on the novel of the same name, written by Walter Mosley, who co-wrote the screenplay.

Catch the film’s streaming debut on Friday, September 26, only on Hulu.


Clueless (1995)

The ’90s were a golden decade for high school rom-coms, but few stand up as well today as Clueless, available to stream on Hulu this September. Alicia Silverstone owns the spotlight, but the supporting cast also features strong performances from Stacey Dash, Brittany Murphy and Paul Rudd.

Its 30th anniversary marks the perfect opportunity to revisit one of the most quotable movies of all time. Think we’re lying? “Ugh, as if!”

Stream Clueless on Hulu starting Monday, September 1.


School of Rock (2003)

Few films “stick it to the man” quite like School of Rock (2003). Relive one of Jack Black’s most iconic performances as the charismatic teacher Dewey Finn, a wannabe rock star who discovers his true calling by inspiring his students’ love of music.
