The Disney Driven Life started out about 2 years ago with a trip report on a popular Disney forum. Soon, people started wanting to Be Counted and take their place on the Roster. Today, our little community has grown to 1,049 Neurotic Disney People and 12 Neurotic Disney Critters!
We’re so glad that we now have a place where Disney fans can come together and ‘hang out’. This year, we thought it would be fun to share important events / milestones that are going on in each other’s lives once a month. Here are some of the great things that happened in our NDP Community during December and January:

NDI #71, Katie L. in ME got married!
NDM #130, Maria E. in FL and NDD #146, Brent D. in FL got engaged!
NDA #1, Megan A. in PA ran her first marathon!
NDI #122, Nicole S. in FL ran her first marathon!
NDD #43, Mike B. in TN has a new baby in the family!
NDH #24, Matt H. in FL has a new baby in the family!
NDI #156, Dana H. in NJ went to Munich and saw the castle that inspired Sleeping Beauty’s Castle at Disneyland!
NDD #45, Dennis C. in MA started a healthier lifestyle & has lost 11 lbs!
NDM #175, Amanda T. in FL started the igetskinny program & is doing great!
NDW #67, Sarah S. in AZ registered for the Disneyland Half Marathon!

Jackie grew up in Washington State. She went to Disneyland once as a child when she was thirteen years old but the passion for Disney did not ignite until she visited Disneyland in 2003 with her family and saw the park through the eyes of her own children. Because of this, Jackie became the ‘official’ vacation planner for the family and immediately began planning the next trip.
In November of 2007, a big family discussion led to the decision to make the big adventure across the country to Walt Disney World. This venture would require extreme amounts of planning and decision making to the point where lots of research began happening. Thankfully, the Walt Disney World Moms Panel made its debut in January of 2008, making this task much easier. Jackie was in her glory scouring the internet for as much information as she could find to continue planning the family Disney vacations.
Just last summer Jackie, her husband, and their two children moved across the country to Savannah,GA mostly due to her husband’s job but partly due to her obsession with the Mouse.
