One of the benefits of Throwback Thursday is the opportunity to relive great memories from the past that you may not have looked at in a while. Looking for a photo today, I decided to “dig deep” and pull out an old photo album and I stumbled across this blast from the past.
Mickey’s Toontown Fair was a favorite for my older children, before it was converted into Storybook Circus. This fountain, featuring Scrooge McDuck, stood by the train station. Of course, it was a great opportunity for my oldest two to totally ham it up. This summer trip was a fun one for them. They were very excited to meet characters and the interactions that came along with the meet and greets. This was the year of a pink castle and meet and greets in the entry queue for 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
I am looking forward to our trip this summer and experiencing the new memories our family creates. Of course, I am hoping for the unforgettable.
